Welcome to the Home Page of the Pharmaceutical Sciences research and instrumentation cores at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York (UB). The instrumentation and research cores listed here serve the research activities in the Pharmaceutical Sciences at UB, as well as our regional research community.

Research expertise in Pharmaceutical Sciences at UB includes biopharmaceutical analysis, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenetics/genomics, drug transport and metabolism, protein therapeutics, and drug delivery. Major technical capabilities include small-animal disease models and instrumentation, analysis of drug substances in biological fluids and tissues, and the biophysical analysis of proteins, pharmaceutical solids, and biological membranes.

The use of facilities and instrumentation by others in the research community can be arranged on a collaborative basis, as indicated for specific instruments.
