  • (our two Finnigan TSQ7000 LC/MS-MS have been retired)
• ThermoFinnigan LTQ XL Linear Ion Trap with ETD (Electron Transfer Dissociation) fragmentation and 2-Dimensional nano-flow LC (GEHealthcare MDLC)
• Finnigan LCQ Classic Ion Trap
• Micromass Platforma Single Quadrupole System
