Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) Facilities at UB |

The Pharmaceutical Sciences Instrumentation Facility operates two core laboratories with extensive LCMS capabilities:
- The UB Main Street Campus LCMS facility, which has three triple quadrupole instrments,
and is used mainly for small-molecule drug quantification. Its instrumentation is primarily investigator-operated.
- The UB Downtown Campus Proteomics/Biopharmaceutical Analysis Core. It has an LTQ/Orbitrap XL with ETD and a triple quadrupole instrument, devoted to ultra-high-sensitivity biopharmaceutical and proteomic analysis. Its instrumentation is operated by faculty and staff in collaboration with users.
