UB-AAPS Student Chapter History & News:

The formation of a UB-AAPS Student Chapter was initiated by the graduate students in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University at Buffalo in the Summer of 1998 and was granted provisional status by the AAPS in December of 1998. The provisional status has been removed and our chapter is now fully recognized with more than thirty active members. We believe that the AAPS Student Chapter offers an exciting vehicle to facilitate interdisciplinary interaction among the various departments conducting research at UB and increase awareness of the AAPS and opportunities that exist for pharmaceutical scientists.
