The price is $72/day.
Registration Deadline: April 15, 1998.
Fee: Individual fee: $1,200. This includes course documentation, mid session refreshments, lunches and one dinner during the course. Up to 5 graduate students may enroll at a fee of $600.
Registration: Please register as soon as possible in view of the limited course capacity of 30 participants. Confirmation of registration will be returned upon receipt, together with an invoice for the course fee. Registration will not be f inal until payment is received.

Cancellations: Cancellations with a full refund may be made until March 15, 1998. No refund is possible on cancellations received after this date. Substitutions may be made at any time. The organization reserves the right to cancel the cour se should the number of registrations be lower than 10. Notice of cancellation, with a full refund, will be given before April 15, 1998.
Continuing Education:
The University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy is approved by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. The course has been assigned 21 contact hours (2.1 ceu). (ACPE #044-999-98-001- L04)Pharmacists must complete a CE attendance and evaluation form. CE certificates will be provided within 6 weeks after program.
